I could not be happier with my experience with True Realty, and with Andrew Chetram and his team. I found Andrew and True Realty via recommendation from a friend, so allow me to make my own recommendation:I was a first-time homebuyer from out-of-state. In our first consulting call, Andrew helped me figure out which of my necessities and priorities on my checklist were within my budget, set up an online portal where I could flag houses that I was interested in, and helped both explain the pros and cons from the listing as well as toured all houses I was interested in while video-chatting so that I could see the place. He gave me perfect advice for making the most competitive offer for a house without overoffering. He not only went with the housing inspector, but talked me through the entire housing inspection report and what we could reasonably ask the owners to take care of, and got every item either fixed or given a credit at closing. Andrew was immediately responsive via both phone call and text. He either had the answer to every one of my questions, or could quickly refer me to someone on his team who knew the answer. He called me to congratulate me at the various important milestones on the process: going under contract, when the appraisal came back at our offer, and when we closed, which was such a kind and personal touch. All in all it was an extremely streamline, professional, and pleasant experience. I was worried at the start that I would have to figure out whether or not I needed to fly in, and how to schedule that, Instead, everything was taken care of for me, with me virtually present for every step of the process. I didn't even need to leave my house; a mobile notary brought the closing documents to the cafe at the corner.
